Magnetic resonance therapy alleviates hip complaint of 78 year old pensioner

For years, 78 year old Herbert Schneider suffered from arthritis of both hip joints. "Before magnetic resonance therapy I could only walk for a short distance before the increasing pain set in", reports the pensioner about his suffering.

"Putting on socks was not difficult and I could also bend over far enough without any problems to pick something up off the floor. However, I could only walk about one kilometer and was in intense pain. Also, going shopping on foot in this condition was no longer bearable", reports the pensioner on his condition before therapy. "I could climb up stairs without a problem, but mocing down them required a little bit of effort."

Already immediately after the nine-hour treatment the patient had no more complaints while walking, he could manage a distance of about one kilometre in 15 minutes without any problems and without any pain. "I was surprised that I felt such a strong improvement so soon after the therapy, whereas the doctor treating me had spoken about the effects only possibly being felt after only six weeks, and had therefore arranged further follow-up check ups in his surgery", relates Herbert Schneider of his successful treatment. He had not experienced any deterioration in any of the situations related to pain in the past. He simply found climbing stairs still difficult, although he felt less pain in doing so.

About 12 weeks after therapy, he still found he could manage to walk one kilometre in 15 minutes without any problems and without any pain. Even climbing stairs has now improved to the extent that he spoke of only minimal effort in doing this.

The pensioner concludes: "None of the previous treatments or therapies, which were recommended to me by doctors, have had such a quick and lasting effect as magnetic resonance therapy. Medication only took the pain away for a short while when walking, the physiotherapy was straining and I also only achieved greater mobility for short periods of time."
