A range of treatment devices and protocols to suit your patients.

A number of appliances for MBST® Magnetic Resonance therapy are avaiable allowing the treatment of a wide range of conditions. Treatment plans of different lengths customise the treatment to the individual patient.

Safe treatment protocols for long-term benefit

An MBST® treatment course comprises the following stages :

1. A thorough examination of the patient to exclude contraindications.
2. An examination to establish a baseline MBST® score.
3. A series of treatments of one hour each on consecutive days (interrupted by the weekend).
4. Mobility exercises are advised in parallel with the treatment. These exercises should be patient specific, carried out daily, and consist of movement with a minimum of physical stress.
5. The patient is examined again about six to twelve weeks after completing the therapy. During this examination, the MBST® score is bought up to date in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the teatment as experienced subjectively by the patient as pain relief and increased mobility.
6. Another physical examination is performed six months after the last therapy session, in order to evaluate the long-term improvements in mobility and pain relief and to update the MBST® score for comparison with the baseline.
